The About Setting Screen

The About screen provides information about the mobile app and also enables you to send a log report and sync the application.

To view the About screen

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu (three lines) icon.
  2. At the bottom left of the Menu page, tap Settings (Gear icon).

  3. Tap About.

    The About screen opens:

To send a log report

  1. On the About screen, tap Send log report to send a log report to the support center.

  2. When prompted, select the email app you want to use to send the log reports.

  3. Tap the Send icon.

  4. Tap Sync to sync your mobile app to update your app with current information.
